Happy 4th of July!
The products we make are made right here in small town America out of predominantly American made parts. It's something we strive for. There's no big faceless corporation, it's just Scot, Amy and Joe working hard to make you happy. If you call on the phone you're going to speak to the owner of the company, or his second in command. How many places you work with each day are like that? Your support of us directly supports a small family run business, and a business that has spent ten years supporting rabbits and the people who care about them. It all started with Dinkum our first house rabbit, when he joined our family back in 1992. WE foster. WE participate in rescue. Recently the company we purchase carpeting from decided to discontinue the dark green color we use. Searching far and wide for a replacement, we looked into new suppliers, new producers, and new product lines. The options all meant a markedly higher price, OR a markedly lower quality product. Neither of those were acceptable. We have chosen a nice medium gray, the same type of carpeting as we've always used, only a very pleasing decorator color that we know will go well with your home. Beginning April 23, 2008 we will begin phasing in this new carpeting color as supply of the green carpeting runs out. We continue to strive to deliver the best products for you and your rabbit!

We hope everyone has some summer fun over the holiday weekend. The Petwerks offices will be closed on Friday July 4th to give staff time to spend time bbqing with friends and family. We will resume normal hours on Monday July 7th. 
We are starting a new grant program to assist rabbit rescue groups! The good news is that there is no need for experience grant writers, sponsors, matching contributions, etc. Ours is fun and simple! You can help out YOUR favorite group by placing a vote, and by talking about this program on blogs, bulletin boards and other resources. Placing a link to us from your organization's page, or page that talks about an organization, and they could be a future recipient!
