After Scot had a conversation with a rather emotional customer, I thought it best to address an area of concern.

Oxbow Papaya Tablets, made with the freshest pineapple and papaya available, are a great product. Oxbow has decided to make them even better, however. They are creating a new formula. While they do this, they stopped producing the old formula, not because there was any problem with them, but rather because that's how you clear the supply chain and ensure you don't end up with a bunch of the "old formula" that no one wants since there is a "new formula."

Oxbow Papaya tablets will return, with a new formulation, in 2009.

We are currently out of stock of all Oxbow Papaya Tablets, except for ONE lone 500 count bottle, which we will give away to the person who sends us the best picture of their bunny eating their papaya tablets! The 2008 holiday season is nearly upon us, which is hard to believe. Our offices will be closed Tuesday December 23rd - Sunday December 21st for the holiday. We will also be closed January 1st, 2009.

Please see the diagram below to see what the time in transit is for your location. Keep in mind that the time in transit is business days ONLY -- Saturday and Sunday do not count!

This means if you live in New York City, New York, you are in the six day transit time zone. So if you wish to have an item delivered by December 24th and you don't want to pay extra $$$ for expedited shipping, you must place your order with Petwerks before the open of the business day on December 16th. Of course, you can place an order and select Three Day Select, Second Day Air, or Next Day Air, however the shipping costs for those expedited services go up sharply.

Around the holidays, shippers experience incredible spikes in package load, meaning more lost and delayed packages. So avoid problems and order early! And if you find yourself in a bind, give us a call and we'll help you select the best shipping option to get the items you need to you in time.
