North Texas Rabbit Sanctuary had their $500 Grant delivered inside this beautiful handmade card. Amy designed and executed, and Scot provided the much needed proofreading.
But the year is not over, and we have TWO MORE $500 grants to give away! As you know, we wanted to do something different so that a variety of groups might have a better chance. Traditional grant programs can require a lot of preparation and skilled preparation just to apply for consideration. Ours is a bunny of a different color. (Speaking of color, see the link to the Sony Bravia Bunnies, below.)
Our third quarter winner will be selected by a LINK. It's simple: YOU link to US. You can place a link on your personal web page, your MySpace or Facebook profile, your company's web page, your organization's web page, etc.
Just let us know of your link by going to this web page to let us know about your link. After September 30th we'll randomly pick a winner from all validated links (please see the fine print on that page for details)! If the chosen link is on a specific rabbit rescue/fostering/sheltering organization's page, they will win! If the link is on another type of page, we will ask the owner of that page to indicate what rabbit rescue/fostering/sheltering organization they would like to choose to receive the grant!
It's that simple. Of course, we'll also compile a page of those links that have been submitted, so that bunny people everywhere can enjoy looking at Flopsy's birthday party pics, or perhaps you can get another impression for your business, or get some more traffic for your organization's web site.
Help us continue to help others! Link to us. Visit our web site and look at our new products. Make that purchase of a Bunny Abode that you've been thinking about!
Don't wait! Go put up your link, and let us know ASAP! |

Last issue you heard about our great little toy pack with FREE samples. It's a great way to have some fun, but at a really small price.
• Mini rings chews
• Chew and tug toy
• Traditional dumbbell
• Dumbbell with chew tube
• The little take-out box holds it's own surprise: one of Billy's favorites, a pinecone!
• FREE samples of whole oats, Berry Good Treats, Veggie Hearts and Natural Fruit Tree Twigs!
All this for only $10.99!
This special deal is only while supplies last! We anticipate enough on hand to enjoy a little Christmas through July and into August, but this is sure to be a hot item. (Please note the fun stocking that is included is for you and is not suitable for playing/consumption by your rabbit.)
This is a great item to order in multiples for donation to rescue organizations who are in need of many good toys and treats for their foster buns, as well!

Our New Items Page is bursting with great new items to entertain, exercise, treat and educate.
One of our favorites is the Bunny Abode Condo Liner Pack. Our own bunny, Billy, is getting older (he's well over ten at this point) and his litter box habits leave a little to be desired. Once fastidious he's less so now, and this frustrates both him and us. These little flexible corrugated cardboard liners are cut to fit the condos, and are perfect for giving just a little absorption. See the item's page for additional photos that show the liners in detail. These come in a four pack, and how long they will last will depend upon your individual bun. We get about a week out of each one.
Bunnies love chewing cardboard, they love exploring, and they love exploring in 3D! If you've tried and loved our Vacation Villa, your bun might also enjoy the Maze Haven, a configurable single or multi level playhouse for your bun or other small friend.
You can go bigger and better when you order more than one, so we offer you discounts when ordering two, three or four!

Proud companions of furkids love showing them off. And if you show them off to us, we'll help show them off to all the readers of BunFun, AND you just might be lucky and win a PRIZE!

Our winner comes from Heidi D. Her peaceable multi species household is ruled by Boofy the English Spot mix. Here you see Boofy snuggling with "his" dog, Copper. Copper is a greyhound mix, proving once again that when it comes to rabbits and dogs, the specific individual personality of the dog makes all the difference in whether the situation will work.

| CM shares this pic of her adorable Dolly! |
Here is Heidi D. again, showing how tall a Triple Level Bunny Abode House Rabbit Condo REALLY is... she's 5'8" tall! |
Senel has an adorable pair with Clover and Samson. Is this a black and tan?! |
Tell us what she's won, Scot!
Heidi will receive a free little gift basket filled with fun for her AND her furry friends. We make them up each month and you never know what will be inside! This one is kind of special; it has an untreated wooden truck that is 100% nibbleable for your bun! We've assembled treats inside--we couldn't resist using hay cubes that look like hay bales--including some pewter jewelry with bunnies, and shrink wrapped the whole thing. So remove the wrap, take out the jewelry... the rest is ready to eat!

Sony in late 2007 released an ad for their Bravia line which is just awesome. I can't believe I missed it!
The ad itself is amazing; colorful, morphing bunnies hopping all around New York, multiplying and converging into a huge lagomorphic tidal wave that rides through the city. You can see clips of it on YouTube, but to see the best high quality version, head on over to the Sony Bravia - Europe web site. It's a pretty media-intensive web site that takes a bit to load (even on a great broadband connection).
Even better than the ad, however, is the "making of" video that shows how it was done. Amazing! 2.5 tons of Play-Doh. OMG!! Again, I recommend you hit the Bravia web site for video quality. But you can also find the ad and the making of on YouTube.

The creative company that produced it, Passion Pictures, may have taken a little inspiration from another artist; taken quite literally. If you want the inside scoop, check out GizModo! I had seen the Giant Robot cover of the waves of rabbits, but didn't make the connection. I gotta say... doesn't look good for Passion Pictures! |
